Barre
A low impact muscular endurance workout that focuses on high repetitions and small, isometric movements. This is sure to have your muscles shaking and burning so you walk out of class feeling sleek, toned, and accomplished.
Cycling
This class is designed to use power to strengthen the body and the mind. You will be challenged with resistance hill climbs that will tone your muscles, and sprints that will make your heart pump. Cueing for watts (power) and heart rate will also increase your ability to train harder and smarter. (Power and Heart Rate Monitor not required)
Strength &
Conditioning
This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercise. All major muscle groups are worked from head to toe. You will progress through non-stop strength exercise that will increase muscular endurance while using a variety of equipment.

Hi, I’m Rachelle Lyle!

I loved competitive sports and movement as a child and loved taping into my own competitive nature while racing as an adult. Through those experiences I have found that helping others to achieve their ideal level of fitness and to feel more confident and happy is my passion. I have been a Group Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer for over 25 years and have developed skills/training to be able to design effective goal specific training programs in a way that is both easy to understand and manageable within your current needs and circumstances.

I am a busy mom of 6 and I understand how important it is to have quick and effective at home or gym workout that will help you see results! I truly feel that doing the physically hard stuff makes you more capable of handling all the mentally challenging things that come at you daily. We must have both a STRONG BODY AND A STRONG MIND! My programs are flexible so you can choose if you want to work out at home or in a gym. It doesn’t matter if you are an absolute beginner or if you are a seasoned athlete training with specific goals in mind, my programs can help you reach those new fitness goals and feel the confidence you deserve.

Rachelle is a fabulous trainer. I started going to her classes 5 years ago at a local gym. I loved her work ethic and her love for fitness made me love and enjoy working out. She really cares about you as a person and wants to see you succeed. Rachelle works hard at keeping you moving and showing you correct ways to lift and how to perform moves correctly to prevent injury. I would recommend her 100%. Rachelle is great at giving you options if you are a beginner, recovering, or wanting a harder workout. She does all of it.

I really appreciate Rachelle’s Power with Purpose cycling classes with FTP Training. She knows her stuff and how to train and share it with others. It’s excellent for off season race and ride training! There is purpose to every workout. Challenging, and she gives great encouragement along the way. I saw significant gains in endurance, power and speed. I highly recommend her cycling training!
